German investor MEAG has finalized the acquisition of the recently renovated office building at 78 boulevard Poincaré, close to Brussels Midi station. The seller is the real estate holding REDET. The value of the investment is around 30MEUR. *
In this sale process, MEAG was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and by TREEX, for the Technical Due Diligence of the building.
