15/06/2023 - Limestone Investors is an independent investment manager, who was the buyer of a hotel located in Namur and operated by B&B hotel since 2023 (B&B hotel, the value-for-money hotel specialist present in 14 countries).
This 105-room, 3,300 sqm hotel is part of the AXS multifunctional complex in Namur, next to the railway station. Baltisse Real Estate plans to deliver the offices (28,500m²), which complete this conversion project, during the second half of 2023.
