Neighborhood developer Matexi and real estate investment fund VICINITY announce their agreement to sell all the units in one of the buildings in the Paradis Express eco-district in the heart of Liège.
Located in front of the new Guillemins train station, the Paradis Express project has succeeded in upgrading the whole of this district in the heart of Liège.
The Paradis Express site includes 115 apartments and three retail units in 4 apartment blocks.
While the sale of the first apartments was successfully launched by Matexi a few months ago, the entire 43-apartment Paradis Express project has now been acquired by the VICINITY Affordable Housing Fund.
