JLL has finalized the sale of the Hardy Building in Antwerp on behalf of the investment fund DRUON INVEST, the company of Erik Bogaerts.
The buyer is the real estate fund manager Sofidy, a subsidiary of Tikehau Kapital.
The property is located at 119 Frankrijklei and includes over 2,000 m2 of offices and 18 parking spaces. It houses, among others, the headquarters of Deutsche Bank and has an estimated investment value at approximately MEUR 9 .
