In Luxembourg, Strassen, the new real estate acquisition of Keys REIM and Nordbridge AM, the ORIGIN building, has been delivered. The developer BPI Real Estate has just set up its Luxembourg headquarters there.
ORIGIN has two three-level-above-ground buildings, 96 underground parking spaces and 30 outdoor parking spaces. The buildings have large bay windows allowing for "spaces bathed in natural light contributing to the well-being of the occupants," says Sandrine Bareel-Mignani, sales manager BPI Real Estate.
The different areas were designed with sustainability as a priority whether in the choice of materials or construction techniques.
Throughout this construction project, which began in 2019, TREEX was appointed by Keys Reim En Nordbridge for the preliminary analysis of the project and during the construction as Quality Surveyor!
