15/06/2023 - Galika Human Estate signed a private agreement with Cofinimmo to acquire the long lease rights to the Rue de la Science 41 office building for a period of 99 years.
Galika selected this building on the basis of its exceptional location, flexibility and redevelopment potential in terms of both ESG criteria and architectural quality. Over the next few years, they will strive to modernize the building to meet the requirements of the most demanding users, while contributing to the enhancement of the Léopold district.
