At the end of November 2021, developer Macan.Group acquired from the German fund MEAG the ‘Center House’ building located in Brussels central business district, rue du Marais 49-55. This office building of nearly 5,100 m2 is strategically located near the Boulevard Pacheco, between Brussels Central and Brussels North railway stations.
Prior to this acquisition, the vendor MEAG mandated the independent consultancy bureau TREEX to carry out a technical due diligence for the building. BNP Paribas Real estate advised MEAG in this sale.
